HOW CAN I ACCESS MY INVOICES?

If you are a customer, log on to www.cepsa.es. Once you in your Reserved Area, access either through:
- INVOICES menu at the top and, on the page that is shown, the selection criteria to consult the invoices and the list of invoices with the default criteria are provided..
or
Menu option PROCEDURES >> INVOICES >> My Invoices, where the selection criteria for consulting the invoices and the list of invoices with the default criteria are provided

In both options, you can see your invoices, the details of each one and download them to save or print.

Check that you are registered for electronic invoicing. If you are already registered, they will be uploaded to the section PROCEDURES >> INVOICES at the beginning of the month and it could take several days.

Access your Reserved Area, and, in the top menu select, CUST. SERVICE, where you can open a case in NEW CASE and explain your query.
