At Moeve, we aim to be transparent with our customers and want to keep you informed about updates on your bill. Therefore, we inform you that:
Electricity access tolls are part of the electricity price and are intended to cover various regulated costs in the electricity sector. These include, among others, the cost of network activities (transport and distribution of electricity) and production from renewable energy sources, cogeneration, and waste with a premium regime.
In 2013, the regulations stated that if these electricity activities were subject to regional taxes, a territorial supplement would be added to the access toll for consumers in that Autonomous Community. However, this supplement was never approved by the government.
Following the Supreme Court rulings resulting from appeals filed by companies operating in the electricity sector, the Minister for the Ecological Transition approved a ministerial order establishing the territorial supplements for your Autonomous Community, which will be applied in upcoming bills based on your consumption in 2013.
Therefore, MOEVE COMMERCIAL, S.A.U. (MOEVE) will proceed to regularize the amounts resulting from the application of the territorial supplement for your Autonomous Community.
This adjustment will appear on your bill and will be identified with the concept «Territorial supplement for regional taxes of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia for the year 2013».

The change takes effect once the communication has been received; there is no deadline, but it is necessary for the customer to follow the new instructions.
Our previous bank account will remain operational for some time, so transfers will continue to be received without issues. However, we recommend making the change as soon as possible, as the old account will not remain active permanently.
No, the customer simply needs to update the bank account details.
Through the same email address from which the initial communication was received.
This change will not incur any cost for you.
