Elaster BM-3c BT (PMB 45/80-65) Bitumen
Elaster BM-3c BT (PMB 45/80-65) bitumen is a low-temperature polymer modified binder obtained by chemical crosslinking with elastomeric polymers which complies with EN 14023 specification and formulated to make warm asphalt mixes. It enables increasing time/distance from the asphalt plant to the works site. It has a minimum softening point of 65 ºC, high cohesion and it is storage stable. It is recommended for all kind of asphalt mixes, specially for open graded mixes as BBTM and SMA used for heavy duty roads.
Technical sheetMeets the specifications of Article 212 of the General Technical Specifications Sheet for Road and Bridge Works (PG-3) and those contained in the UNE EN 14023 standard for PMB 45/80 – 65.
You can use it for for warm mixes and mixes with long distance transport or application times.
