Moeve gow Mastercard*

You can request it on the Moeve.es website or at your nearest Cepsa or Moeve service station.
It's a 100% digital process where you only need to request it and have your ID and your cell phone at hand.
Once you finish the application process and your Moeve gow Mastercard is approved, you’ll be able to use it from that moment on through your mobile payment application.
You’ll receive your Moeve gow Mastercard at your home within approximately one week.

Once you receive your physical Mastercard, go to the App or bankintercard.com website and follow the instructions to activate it.
Get your access codes the first time you connect. If you have any questions during the process, call 900 811 311.

At Cepsa and Moeve service stations
When identifying yourself as a Moeve gow Club member with the visible QR on the reverse and paying with your Moeve gow Mastercard, you accumulate:

• 15 cts/liter for fuel
• 7 cts/kWh for electric recharging
• 8 cts/€ in store and automatic car washes

Other purchases
You also get 0.3% back in gow credit on your purchases outside Cepsa and Moeve Service Stations, up to a maximum of €550/month (maximum annual cashback: €19.80 per client).

At Cepsa and Moeve
When making a payment, you must identify yourself as a member of the Moeve gow Club so we can assign your credit.

• Payment with Physical Card. Use the Moeve gow QR on the back of your Card to make payments.
• Payment with Moeve app. Add your Moeve gow Mastercard as a payment method in your Moeve app and automatically accumulate credit on all your refueling.

Rest of purchases
Pay for your purchases in physical or digital stores with your Moeve gow Mastercard and accumulate 0.3% of the purchase amount in Moeve gow credit, up to a maximum amount of €550/month (maximum refund of
€19.80/year per client). You’ll receive the credit in your "Moeve gow" account, the following month.
In addition to the credit obtained at Cepsa and Moeve Service Stations,you can enjoy all the additional advantages of Moeve gow for your purchases outside of Cepsa and Moeve, as well as special promotions and obtain credit for shopping from our partners.

€0. This is the commission for issuing and maintaining your Moeve gow Mastercard. The only thing you’ll pay for is what you buy with it. But only you decide how to pay for it, because you’ll decide whether to finance one purchase, all of them, or none. It’s that simple!

Nooo! You don’t have to open a new current account. The monthly bill for purchases you've made with the Card is settled through the current account that you designate and which you already hold at any bank. It's that easy!

Your Card's credit line will be assigned based on a credit study, up to a maximum of €5,000.

You can look up changes, credit and any information you want 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on the bankintercard website or App. If you’re not signed up, click on the “Client Area” and follow the instructions.

Your card is very flexible. Defer a purchase, or all, or none. You decide how much you want to pay every month. You can change your payment method via the website or the App up to 5 days before the date of
payment.

For consumption at Cepsa and Moeve:

A daily transaction limit is set for purchases at participating Moeve and/or Cepsa Establishments where you use your Card as a means of payment to earn credit through the Promotional System: three (3) fuel fill-ups of up to ninety (90) liters each, three (3) charges of up to one hundred and twenty (120) kWh each, and up to three hundred euros (€300) in purchases of store products and car wash services.
No credit in the Promotional System may be obtained for purchases from dispensers or other devices supplying products or services through the introduction of currencies or paper currency, as well as those in which the Card can't be used. Likewise, no Promotional System credit may be obtained for purchases at Moeve and/or Cepsa Participating Establishments where payment isn’t made through a Moeve and/or Cepsa terminal. Moreover, no credit in the Promotional System may be obtained for the purchase of press items, mobile phone recharges or cards, lubricants and automotive products other than Moeve, Cepsa and/or Ertoil, butane bottles, as well as those indicated at any given time, purchased at Moeve and/or Cepsa Participating Establishments, unless there is a specific promotional action that states otherwise.

Rest of purchases

Whenever you use your card as a means of payment, you’ll receive a refund of 0.3% of the total amount of purchases, up to a maximum amount of €550/month, through the Promotional System, for purchases made at other establishments other than Service Stations. This refund will only be obtained for purchases made with the Card at stores, and doesn’t apply to other transactions such as cash withdrawals, top-ups and/or acquisition of prepaid cards, money transfers, payment of fees or taxes, buying and selling of cryptoassets, cash transfers to current accounts, transactions made through other payment instruments not associated with the Entity that are linked to the Card, or any other transaction that doesn’t have the purpose of acquiring goods or services.
