    El día del apagón fue un verdadero caos: los establecimientos estaban desbordados y comunicarse era casi imposible. Necesitaba gasoil para un generador y me indicaron que esta gasolinera estaba abierta. Fui por primera vez con mi coche y me atendió Bea. A pesar de la larguísima cola y del ritmo frenético, Bea no perdió la sonrisa en ningún momento. Su trato fue amable, eficiente y resolutivo, algo que se agradece especialmente en situaciones tan difíciles. Unas horas más tarde tuve que volver, y ahí seguía ella, dando lo mejor de sí misma con la misma actitud positiva. Quiero agradecerle sinceramente su atención y, sin duda alguna, recomiendo esta gasolinera por su excelente servicio.
