Payment is simple and convenient: use the Moeve app, a free RFID card (which can be requested via app), or your bank card directly at the charger. When charging through the app or with an RFID card, you earn 2 cts in credit for every kWh charged, redeemable on future charging sessions. Cómo persona con movilidad reducida, encontrar una gasolinera dónde te ayuden a poner la gasolina se hace complicado. Hoy, Carmelo, trabajador de dicha empresa, me ha tratado con muchísima amabilidad, facilitándome en todo momento el proceso y no haciendo malos gestos ni malas caras como en otros lados. Incluso me ha cobrado él mismo para no tener que bajarme y todo lo que conlleva. Sin duda, más empresas así y más trabajadores como Carmelo es lo que necesitamos; dónde otros ven problemas, ellos ven soluciones.

Increíble experiencia de recarga en la estación de servicio de Moeve en Cuenca. Tras una épica batalla de media hora con un cargador que no quería colaborar de ninguna manera, y con 200 euros retenidos en cargas, apareció Carlos, el héroe del día y encargado de la estación. Con una sola llamada y su simple presencia, el problema se resolvió y, para mi sorpresa, ¡hasta consiguió que la carga me saliera gratis por las molestias! Un auténtico crack. Si tenéis algún problema, buscad a Carlos: lo soluciona con una eficacia y amabilidad a la que, por desgracia, ya no estamos acostumbrados hoy en día...
